1. Are the prices in Canadian or US dollars?
A: Yes. If the shipping destination is a Canadian address then you can order in CDN funds otherwise USD. The dollar amounts don't change and no exchange is necessary. For example, one CD is $15.00 Canadian for Canadians and $15.00 US for all others.
2. How much is shipping and handling?
A: $4.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
For example:
1 item = $4.00
2 items = $5.50
3 items = $7.00
4 items = $8.50
Rush Shipping (shipped via courier for next day delivery—after credit card processing) is an additional $10.00 per shipment.
International shipping charges also apply to all orders outside of Canada and the US. This is an additional $8.00 US.
3. What are the flags for?
A: For choosing the currency of your order. The default currency is US dollars. If you don't select a currency you will be charged in US dollars. If the shipping destination is a Canadian address then you may click on the Canadian flag. This will change the currency of your order to Canadian dollars. This happens behind the scenes so you will not see a difference until you add an item to your cart. The currency of your order is shown below the list of items on the Shopping Cart screen. US destinations are not possible using Canadian currency.
4. Can I send a Purchase Order and pay when I receive my order?
A: No. Payment must be received in advance.
5. Can I order through the mail or FAX?
A: Yes. Use this form.
6. When can I expect to receive my order?
A: All orders are processed as they arrive and are shipped via regular mail. This can take 3-4 weeks but often arrive sooner.
If you choose Rush Shipping it will ship via courier for next day delivery after bank processing (takes 1 or 2 business days to process credit cards).
